Application

1. Peel off covers from their plastic case 
2. Place under your clothing, covering the centre portion of your breasts to conceal your nipple
3. Hold down for a few seconds to secure into place.

 

Removal

• Gently peel off covers and hand wash with warm soapy water, ready for their next use.
